If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I placed my order a little past midnight and woke up the next morning to an email saying my badge reel was being worked on. The next day I received a shipping notification. Y’all, that is the quickest turnaround time for a monogrammed item I have ever had! My monogrammed badge reel was in my hands less than a week after I placed my order! It came packaged so cute and even had another little surprise in with it! Such, such great customer service! As far as the badge reel itself- super durable (I work with preschoolers who are constantly tugging at it) and quality stitching. I get so many compliments on it! 10/10 would purchase from this shop again!
