Well, I loved this item. It came fast, in beautiful packaging, with a nice little extra hair tie on the side. Except, I came in from the mailbox, set it down on the table still in the package, and ran out the door for an emergency. While I was out, my chocolate lab who I bought it to remind me of, managed to knock it down and eat the packaging AND the button. Will be monitoring the dog closely and placing an order for another one…
