    I ordered this for a Christmas present. It was shipped almost immediately, but unfortunately the post office lost it somewhere along the way. I reached out to Jamie (the shop owner) after a few weeks. She replied immediately, opened a case with the post office, and even mailed a replacement. The replacement came today and it is perfect. I would 100% order from here again. Both the product and the customer service are outstanding.
