    Super cute & exactly what I wanted. Color is true to the image, it's nice & compact approximately an 1.5" across. The clip & reel seem sturdy. A hair tie was included in the box which was a sweet surprise. I don't use my first name but "nick names" aren't allowed on hospital id badges. No more "what do you like to be called again?" Or most embarrassingly when I forget to respond to the name printed on my id, like a doofus.

    The item was exactly as pictured, with an alternate font. The merchant made a mistake during shipping, but it was quickly resolved without complaint. I love Etsy shops just for this reason. I usually don't have to worry about sending a message about a problem. And this shop is no different. Thanks for the great customer service.
