The item was exactly as pictured, with an alternate font. The merchant made a mistake during shipping, but it was quickly resolved without complaint. I love Etsy shops just for this reason. I usually don't have to worry about sending a message about a problem. And this shop is no different. Thanks for the great customer service.

Love love love!! Not only is it cute, but the badge reel is strong! (Nurses, you know what I mean!) my patients really like that they can see my name when my badge gets flipped around and I don’t realize it!

Very cute! The packaging the ID holder came is was very cute, and she even threw in an extra little hair tie! The clip itself is very HQ, the print being very crisp and easy to read.
