The item is beautiful, just as described/pictured, and high quality. I'm confident it will last me quite some time. However, what impressed me even more was the customer service! I wasn't sure about my thread choice so I had asked to be contacted if it did not match the flowers in the fabric. Jamie contacted me right away and offered me a perfectly matching thread that is not listed in the regular options when purchasing the item. I was a few days late in responding that I approved of her choice/change in my order, but she still got back to me within the day and I got the item a day later with a free gift inside as well (fabric stretchy hair tie)! I rarely write reviews, but I'm so pleased at the level of customer service my small order was handled I felt this was necessary. :)

Super cute! I absolutely love it! My last key fob was given to me as a gift and has lasted me years, hopefully this one will too! There were some issues with shipping—not the seller’s fault, purely the USPS’s—but Jamie made sure my purchase actually got to me! I love the pattern, I’m so glad she started embroidering on this one! My key fob also came with the cute little hair tie you see in the photo.
