Super fast shipping and turn around time. This is my second purchase from this shop. I bought a badge reel from this shop over a year and a half ago and it was still in good condition after that long of using it to swipe my badge hundreds of times per day through a 7 on 7 off 12 hour work week. I only replaced it because I wanted a new one to switch it up. 10/10.

I had an issue with the plastic alligator clip when my package arrived. It’s was broken making the badge reel not usable. The badge reel itself was great and really pretty. I completed a review and immediately Jamie messaged me wanting to fix the issue. I was able to get a new one sent to me. Her customer service is great and I revised my review.
