I would recommend the lanyard that is not break away! I ordered two of them initially but if I bent my head back slightly or sometimes when I was walking, the lanyards just pop apart at the most inopportune times and fell on the hospital floor, which I'm sure is not the cleanest. I then started to walking while holding the back of my lanyard or if bending my head back, then would hold it just so it wouldn't fall apart. I would recommend the lanyard without the breakaway component. I like how you can choose the length of it and also how the fabric is on the more narrow side, which is more flattering. Shipping is also quite fast with the seller!
